Green Valley Food Corporation was founded on the principles that every individual can and should live a healthy lifestyle. Green Valley Food Corporation has been growing sprouts of the highest quality since 1996. Consequently, we are considered sprout masters in the industry. We take pride in our high levels of customer service and top-notch products. We offer an array of foods ranging from sprouts to wheat grass and tofu, all grown within FDA standards to assure our customers of safe and quality products.
Hydroponic Facility
Green Valley Food Corporation uses state-of-the-art hydroponic growing rooms in order to reduce water consumption, control growing conditions for each product to maximize efficiency, and to grow products with the highest standards of cleanliness.
Our facilities are FDA, military, and Steritech inspected and are certified by SQF 2000 Code, level 2: accredited HACCP Based Food Safety Plans. To insure maximum safety, we conduct independent microbiological tests on all sprout products and we do not release ANY products for consumption until each individual bath passes these tests.
Certification
Since our facility is a Hydroponics Plant located in the city of Dallas, Texas we use the municipal utilities. The water is tested by the city for human consumption and a copy is kept on file.
Our facility is temperature controlled on a room-by-room basis. The temperatures are computer monitored and recorded frequently through out a 24 hour period.
